Small Group Training (14U+):
As part of your membership at The Yard, we’re excited to offer exclusive access to our hitting and pitching instruction. These lessons and small group sessions are a member-only benefit, designed to provide high-level, personalized development for our athletes.
Small group sessions for $40 per athlete, per session (ages 14+) . Small groups are limited to just 4 athletes, ensuring focused instruction and quality reps. These sessions will take place on Wednesdays and select Sundays throughout March, April, and May beginning March 15th.
The full small group schedule is available on the app, and we encourage you to reserve your sessions in advance.
Lessons:
Our individual lesson pricing is as follows:
$50 for a 30-minute session
$100 for a 60-minute session
Lessons can be booked directly through the trainer via email.

In-Season Performance:
We are excited to offer our In-Season Performance Program to help our Yard athletes stay in peak shape once games begin.
In-season lifting allows athletes to maintain and even improve bat speed, strength, speed, and body composition. It is imperative that athletes work to preserve the gains they made during the offseason so they can perform at their highest level when it matters most.
This year, we will be offering a hybrid model with programming built around 4 training days per week:
Two in-person sessions: Wednesdays and Sundays from 6:30–8:30 PM (coaches will be present)
Two additional workouts completed independently at the athlete’s discretion
Each week will include:
One high-intensity lift
One low-volume strength session
One game-day preparation lift
One aerobic capacity/recovery workout
Weight training is often the separator that elevates an athlete above the competition.
Our goal is to ensure our athletes are strong, explosive, and durable throughout the spring and summer seasons.
